Our Approach. We converted the facility into Cajun Breakfast Joint, assumed facility and tenant oversight, created a shared retail area for all operators, and structured a transparent Sales Revenue Share (SRS) with a 30-day termination clause.
Outcomes. The concept generated $26,000 in month one and $221,000 over six months, with ~83% margins and negligible waste—even through summer. The engagement produced cash flow for the owner’s expansion while improving performance at the original site.
